Hi, my name’s Malcolm Gibbs. For the last two decades, I’ve been helping businesses in the manufacturing and service industries to obtain ISO certification through my business Q&A Management Services Ltd.

My company has worked with businesses in multiple sectors, assisting them with certification and ensuring that they stand out from their competitors. And, with well over two decades of experience as well as scores of happy customers, it’s fair to say that we’re doing something right!

Prior to setting up Q&A Management Services Ltd. I held senior positions, technical and production, in different types of industries, giving me a broad experience of operational systems and some of the problems.
