He adopted a simple approach in understanding what we did and our relationship with our diverse customer base. He produced a Quality System that’s easy to use, as well as meeting the requirements of our customers and ISO9001. We now have a Quality Manual, Process Maps and Procedures that are beneficial tools facilitating the measurement of personal and company performance, enabling a process of continued improvement”
